Shipping

All orders ship from the Catskills within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. Exact shipping rates and any applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Preorders

Items marked Preorder are not yet in hand. They ship approximately 2 weeks from your order date, not within our standard 3–5 business day window. If your order includes a preorder item, we hold the entire order and ship everything together once the preorder arrives. Each preorder product shows an estimated ship-by date. Items marked Coming Soon aren’t available to purchase yet and have no ship date.

You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships.

Returns

We stand behind everything in the edit. If something isn’t right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it good — a replacement, an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is on the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Non-Returnable

Pantry goods, apothecary, and final-sale items cannot be returned for food-safety reasons.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email Contact@HereRoxbury.com with a photo within 7 days and we’ll take care of it.
