Shipping

All orders ship from the Catskills within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

• · Free standard shipping on orders over $150
• · Canada: $25 flat (customer covers any duties/taxes at delivery)

Returns

We stand behind everything in the edit. If something isn’t right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it good — a replacement, an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is on the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Non-Returnable

Pantry goods, apothecary, and final-sale items cannot be returned for food-safety reasons.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email info@hereroxbury.com with a photo within 7 days and we’ll take care of it.
